Terms and Conditions

 

1. Enrolment: By enrolling in our Biomagnetism Practitioner Training Course, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

2. Payment: Payment for the course is due in full at the time of enrolment, unless you have opted for the monthly payment plan.

 

3. Monthly Payment Plan: If you have chosen the monthly payment plan, you agree to make monthly payments according to the agreed-upon schedule until the total course fee is paid in full (please read additional terms and conditions below)

 

4. Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional fees or penalties. If a payment is not received within [number of days] days of the due date, access to course materials and resources may be temporarily suspended until the payment is made.

 

5. Refunds: Refunds are available within the first 14 days of enrolment. After this period, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund within the first 14 days, please contact us directly.

 

6. Course Access: Upon enrolment, you will receive access to the course materials and resources for the duration of the course. Access may be revoked if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior that violates our policies.

 

7. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, and worksheets, are the intellectual property of Faye Coulson and the School of Biomagnetism and Bioenergetics. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

 

8. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times while participating in the course. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of your enrollment without refund.

 

9. Changes to Course: We reserve the right to modify the course content, schedule, or format at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued participation in the course will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

 

10. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your enrolment in the course if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in any behaviour that violates our policies. In such cases, payments made up to the termination date will be non-refundable.

 

By enrolling in the Biomagnetism Practitioner Training Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification before proceeding with enrollment.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Monthly Payment Plan

  1. Payment Schedule: By enrolling in the monthly payment plan, you agree to make monthly payments according to the schedule outlined at the time of enrollment.
     

  2. Payment Authorization: You authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for the agreed-upon amount each month until the total course fee is paid in full.
     

  3. Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional fees or penalties. If a payment is not received within10 days of the due date, access to course materials and resources may be temporarily suspended until the payment is made.
     

  4. Non-Refundable: Monthly payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete the course or participate in scheduled activities does not relieve you of the obligation to make all payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
     

  5. Payment Plan Completion: You are responsible for completing all payments according to the agreed-upon schedule, even if you choose to discontinue participation in the course.
     

  6. Default: Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the cancellation of your enrollment in the course and the forfeiture of any payments made up to that point.
     

  7. Changes to Payment Plan: We reserve the right to modify the payment plan terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and your continued participation in the payment plan will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
     

  8. Payment Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns about your monthly payments, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Disputes or chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the cancellation of your enrollment in the course.
     

  9. Termination of Payment Plan: We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in the monthly payment plan if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
     

By enrolling in the monthly payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
